With 15 years of experience in finance for various heath care facilities and businesses, Mr. Wilde brings skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash analysis and management, financial functions and contract management to the Board of MSSG.
His “hands-on” approach has given him insight into managing day-to-day operations including personnel management, facility maintenance, physical plant improvements, interfacing with suppliers, contractors, and financial institutions, working with CPA firms to produce financial statements. Because of his extensive work experience in the health care industry, his financial skills and expertise center on the challenges of institutional administration and financial management.
As a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, he has applied his management and organization talents at Mountain Shadows, Inc. (MSI), as well as in other positions. His realistic outlook acts as a “checks and balance” consideration when deciding future directions. In addition to his excellent skills and experience, Mr. Wilde has consistently devoted his time to activities of Mountain Shadows Community Homes mentoring residents and volunteering his expertise for virtually every fundraiser and special event.
