Mountain Shadows Support Group offers employment opportunities to skilled, experienced professionals as well as to those new to the healthcare field. What if I have no experience?
Because we provide comprehensive training to all new employees, Mountain Shadows welcomes those individuals with little or no experience in the healthcare field. In fact, because of the training opportunities we provide, Mountain Shadows is the perfect place for those who are interested in beginning a career, ready to re-enter the workforce or just seeking a more rewarding way to earn a living.
What hours will I work?
Mountain Shadows offers a variety of shifts and schedules. Whether you are a student working around your school schedule, a parent trying to work around your child’s school schedule or trying to supplement your income by seeking a second job, we probably have a schedule that fits your needs.
What about pay?
Wages are determined by many factors which may include prior experience, length of service and job position; some positions are eligible for performance bonuses as well. More detailed information on wages can be discussed during the interview process.
