Mountain Shadows Outreach Services is a licensed adult day program striving to fuel the growth of each individual’s abilities by enhancing life, leisure, and work skills. MSOS is licensed by the State of California Department of Health Services Community Care Licensing Division. We aim to excite the human spirit by providing creative solutions, innovative resources, and leading-edge services in a caring, safe, and comfortable environment that fosters an individual’s independence, integrity, and dignity.

Our industry-unique commitment to enriched staffing and to providing access to nursing care allows us to cultivate all aspects of each individual’s progress- mind, body and spirit.
We offer assistance with special nursing care needs, such as:
- Special Dietary Needs
- Seizure Disorders
- Prescription Medications
- Colostomy & Catheter Care
- G-Tube Feeding.
There is a 3 to 1 staffing level for all programs at MSOS. This allows for a higher level of personal attention for each of our consumers.
