We value the support of our staff, donors, customers and others who support Mountain Shadows Support Group (MSSG) and Mountain Shadows Foundation through visiting our Web Sites. We know that protecting the personal information of each of our supporters is important and MSSG respects the privacy of every individual who visits our Web Sites. To make our Privacy Policy easy to find, we make it available on every page of our Web Sites. Please read this information carefully before accessing any part of our Web Sites.

Mountain Shadows Support Group, MSSG is the sole owner of the information collected on www.mtnshadows.org, and www.mountainshadowsfoundation.org. MSSG collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web Sites. We explicitly notify you on the Web Site before we collect any personally identifiable information about you (i.e., your name, email address, contact information, credit card number, etc.) and we will not collect any information unless you choose to voluntarily provide it to us. This information may be shared within our organization for the purposes of responding to any comments or questions you submit and/or providing follow up information about our organization. We will never sell your information under any circumstances.
Use of our Web Page by Children
Mountain Shadows Support Group, MSSG is committed to complying fully with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. MSSG does not intend to collect personal information from children under the age of 13. While we encourage children to visit our Web Sites and learn more about MSSG and Mountain Shadows Foundation, we recommend, however, that parents approve and closely supervise the activity of their children at this and all other online Web Sites. We urge children to check with their parents before entering information on any Web Site and we urge parents to discuss with their children restrictions regarding the online release of personal information to anyone they don’t know.
Orders and/or Donations
If you purchase a product or service from us or donate, we request certain personally identifiable information from you. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order and/or donation we will use this information to contact you.

Returns of financial contributions or special event registration fees may be requested by calling MSSG Administrative Office at 760 743-3714 and ask to leave a message for CEO. Return of Items purchased should be mailed to MSSG at:

Returned items should be sent by a trackable method and MSSG will process returns upon receipt of items.
Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our Web Sites, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit our Web Sites. MSSG does not store or track this information.
Communications from the Site
Special Offers and Updates
We will occasionally send you information via mass email on upcoming special events. We may also send you special updates on heartwarming stories occurring at MSSG, MSCH, MSOS, MSSG Foundation events or requests for donations.
