MSCH offers around-the-clock supervision and care in a residential program specifically designed to cater to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our program is tailored to provide active programming and support in both residential and neighborhood settings. We are committed to serving individuals of all ages, from children to senior citizens.

MSCH-San Diego

In San Diego, MSCH operates a campus facility spanning approximately 5.4 acres of land in Escondido. This facility consists of sixteen separately licensed intermediate care homes, accommodating a total of 105 residents. Additionally, we have three community-based homes in San Marcos, each housing six residents, bringing the overall resident count to 123.

MSCH-Riverside

In Riverside, MSCH extends its services to the Jurupa Valley community, where we operate seven separately licensed intermediate care nursing homes. Our primary focus is on promoting optimal health, development, and independence for medically fragile individuals who have or are at risk for developmental disabilities. We achieve this through exceptional nursing and supportive services provided by a compassionate and dedicated team of professionals.
